Designing a mobile hub for exclusive K‑pop releases and fan engagement
hello82 is a US-based startup operating within the global K-pop ecosystem, focused on connecting fan communities with artists through exclusive digital and physical releases. As an independent label and distribution platform, it builds products that sit directly at the intersection of music, commerce, and fan engagement.
I led the visual art direction and product design of the mobile app end to end. This included setting the visual language, validating multiple design directions, and delivering a production-ready product from early concepts to App Store launch. The work required balancing strong brand expression with fast-paced release cycles and close collaboration with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
